Return, Complaints, and Warranty Policy

We offer a 60-day money back guarantee for all our products.
If you are unsatisfied with the Healing-Light-Therapy (HLT) product within 60-days from the date of purchasing the device, you may send it back to us according to the instructions mentioned below and we will refund the full amount to you after receiving and checking the shipment.
To be eligible for a return, the product with all accessories must be in the same condition you received them in. The product must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day trial.
If these 60-days have passed from the date of purchasing the device, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To return your product, please email us at email@example.com, clearly mentioning your order number and we provide you with the appropriate shipping details.
- Pack the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. We also recommend sending the shipment by registered mail. Please provide us with the tracking number so we can identify it upon receipt.
The return shipping is paid by the customer.
- As soon as the goods are delivered to us, we will check whether everything is in original condition (goods, accessories, and original packaging). We will then create a credit note and send the money back to your account.
Please note, that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments that have been returned to us.
If the returned product is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused, returned to sender and no refund will be made.
Your return will usually be reviewed within 5 working days of receipt. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Please note, that the refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
You have 7 days after delivery to report the receipt of a damaged item.

We have a 2-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase. If your product is not working properly during this term, please contact us on email@example.com, clearly mentioning your order number so we can determine the problem and provide you with the most suitable solution.
Warranty is valid only to original purchaser and is non-transferable.
During the warranty period, Healing-Light-Therapy (HLT) will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
For the first 180 days, Healing-Light-Therapy (HLT) will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 180 days, buyer will be responsible for device shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Healing-Light-Therapy (HLT). Please retain the tracking information for proof of delivery to us.
The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
Healing-Light-Therapy (HLT) reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return, Complaints and Warranty Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to its purchasers.
